1. Acceptance
By downloading or using DocuPrime, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.
2. Licence and acceptable use
Async Digital Solutions grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where law permits, infringe others’ rights, upload unlawful content, or use documents or signatures without proper authority.
3. Your documents and account
You retain responsibility for documents, signatures and other content you use with the App. You represent that you have the right to scan, store, edit, sign and share that content. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and device and for activity performed through them.
4. Electronic signatures
Electronic-signature validity depends on applicable law, the document and the parties involved. DocuPrime does not provide legal advice or guarantee that a signature will be accepted for every purpose. Obtain professional advice for important transactions.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
Paid plans may unlock premium features. Prices, billing periods and trial terms are shown before purchase. Google Play processes Android payments. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through Google Play before the renewal date, subject to the terms displayed at purchase and applicable law.
6. Third-party services
Cloud storage, sign-in, advertising, analytics, payments and sharing features may be provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect scan or OCR accuracy, permanent file availability, or suitability for a particular legal or business purpose. Keep independent backups of important files.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Async Digital Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits or business arising from use of the App. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the App or these Terms, suspend features, or end access where reasonably necessary. You may stop using the App at any time. Provisions that should survive termination will continue to apply.
